Thanks to the overwhelming number of requests from fans at The Historic El Rey
Theater and Puccini Productions, who together with us have e-mailed the band,
the management, and the agents so relentlessly. After a long and arduous effort from Puccini
Productions over five long years, we are grateful to one of our long-time
friends, the promoter, Sherpa Productions, for carrying the torch, and we are proud to present one
of our favorite jam bands in the whole world, and the only band who can proudly
occupy the genre of “improg”

You’ve heard it said a thousand
times, but this has never been more true: “Umphrey’s
McGee is the band that need no introduction.”
Masters of the cover tune, pioneers of live on-stage songwriting, sit-in
host extraordinaires, and the most seriously fun band
to hit the scene, we couldn’t be more proud to have these guys on our stage.
So, all partyin’
peeps: get out of your triple wide and off your front porch. Get in the van and go pick yourself up a
couple of (what?) 40’s. Cut the red
tape, gather up your Uncle Wally, Professor Wormbog, Nemo, your 2nd self, your friends, and even your
syncopated strangers, and make a resolution to be in the kitchen and at the
rock show tonight. We’d be much obliged
